Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar and hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive knowledge of beverage service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a vibrant team, and contribute to the overall success of our venue. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth operational flow in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring efficient service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
Manage stock levels, cellar management, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste
Organise staff rotas, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance
Serve drinks confidently and professionally, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold high service standards
Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen or hospitality teams to ensure seamless operations.

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality environment
Prior experience in managing a bar or similar hospitality setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with serving techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively

Salary range dependant on experience.
