Evliss Academy is currently looking for an experienced, professional, and confident Aesthetic Trainer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience within the aesthetics industry and a strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting students throughout their training journey.

Role Responsibilities

As an Aesthetic Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetics training courses, supporting learners with both theoretical and practical knowledge, and ensuring all training is delivered safely, professionally, and in line with current industry standards and protocols.

You will be expected to guide students through consultation techniques, facial anatomy, injectable procedures, product knowledge, safety protocols, complication management, client care, and best practice within aesthetic treatments.

The role includes both theory and practical teaching, live model supervision, learner support, and assisting students in building confidence and competence within aesthetic procedures.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience within the aesthetics industry

Strong knowledge of dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, skin boosters, fat dissolving, and other injectable treatments

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Confidence teaching and supporting learners in both practical and theory settings

Professional, friendly, and approachable manner

Strong attention to detail and high professional standards

Good understanding of consultation, consent, aftercare, hygiene, and safety procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for aesthetics education and learner development

Strong understanding of anatomy and complication management

Previous teaching or training experience is desirable but not essential.
