Sales Support Administrator

Location: Harleston
Salary: £27,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm (30 Minutes Lunch)

As part of our continued expansion, we are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Cleaning and Hygiene industry has seen significant growth in recent years, with continuous innovation making our product range more relevant than ever to businesses of all sizes.

Role Overview

The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting our External Account Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and data management to maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to External Account Managers, assisting with daily tasks.
Communicate with clients and colleagues via email and telephone to ensure seamless coordination.
Accurately maintain and update customer records using Microsoft Office and OGL Profit4 (training provided).
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all client interactions are professional and efficient.
Assist in order processing, quotations, and general sales administration to support business operations.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional interactions.
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – experience with OGL Profit4 is beneficial but not essential (training provided).
A proactive approach to learning and following company policies, products, and procedures.
