Join Our Team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Beauty Therapy Technician to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning within our successful Beauty Therapy department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with beauty industry experience and excellent organisational skills to contribute to a dynamic learning environment, helping students develop the practical skills and professional standards required for a successful career in the beauty industry.

About the Role

As a Beauty Therapy Technician, you will play a key role in supporting staff and students within our commercial training salons and specialist treatment rooms. You will ensure that resources, equipment, and facilities are maintained to a professional standard and ready for teaching, assessment, and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and resources for practical sessions.

Maintaining salon cleanliness and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.

Managing stock levels, ordering consumables, and maintaining inventory records.

Supporting teaching staff during practical classes and assessments.

Maintaining and servicing beauty therapy equipment as required.

Assisting with the organisation of salon operations and client appointments.

Ensuring all resources and facilities meet industry and awarding body standards.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

A relevant Beauty Therapy qualification at Level 2 or above.

Experience working within a beauty therapy or salon environment.

Knowledge of current beauty industry practices and health and safety requirements.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to supporting student learning and achievement.
