Main purposes of job

As a key player in our EU logistics team, you will work closely with our wine producers to ensure we have all the necessary information for a smooth and efficient order collection process.

Your focus will be on understanding and managing case sizes, pallet dimensions, and shipping terms, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

Your keen attention to detail will play a crucial role in assisting our loading team, ensuring they can arrange the appropriate vehicles and handle every shipment with precision.

If you have a passion for logistics and enjoy problem-solving, this role offers the perfect opportunity to contribute to a well-organised and dynamic process in the wine industry.

Key tasks

Efficiently Organize and Update: Manage and organise responses from wine producers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and updated in our freight system.
Ensure Accuracy: Actively contact suppliers to obtain missing or correct any incorrect information, ensuring smooth order processing and timely shipments.
Proactive Follow-Ups: Take initiative to chase producers for outstanding information, maintaining a sense of urgency and attention to detail to avoid delays.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the EU team, fostering strong communication to ensure minimal disruption to workflow and timely completion of tasks.
French, Spanish, Italian are a benefit but not a requirement.
