Qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer but still waiting for your real break?

You’ve got the certificate.

Now you need confidence, experience, mentoring, and a place to actually practise your craft.

FitNix is looking for newly qualified Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers who want real-world experience inside a growing fitness community in Enfield, North London.

This is not a “stand in the corner and watch” opportunity.

This is your chance to get around real sessions, real members, real coaching, real business, and real growth.

Now we’re looking for fresh & new fitness professionals who want to rise with us.

The Opportunity

You’ll begin through our 4-week Community Growth Volunteer Experience.

The best candidates may then be invited into our paid micro-internship pathway during Autumn/Winter, with the potential to grow into future coaching, training or leadership roles.

The pathway:

Volunteer → Paid Micro-Intern → Assistant Coach / PT Support → Future FitNix Team Member

What You Could Be Doing

Depending on your qualification, confidence and ability, you may support with:

Shadowing small group personal training sessions
Helping set up and pack away equipment
Supporting warm-ups, cooldowns and stretching
Encouraging members during sessions
Learning how to communicate with real clients
Observing coaching style, session flow and programming
Helping capture training content for social media
Supporting member check-ins and progress tracking
Learning how trials, consultations and member retention work

You won’t be thrown in the deep end.

But you also won’t be treated like furniture.

If you show hunger, humility and common sense, we’ll give you room to grow.

This Is For You If

You are:

Newly qualified as a Level 2 Fitness Instructor
Newly qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer
Studying sport, fitness, coaching or exercise science
Passionate about helping people
Reliable, responsible and coachable
Interested in fitness, wellbeing and personal development
Hungry to learn the real business side of fitness
Based in or near Enfield / North London

No huge experience needed.

But attitude matters.
