Quantity Surveyor

Netcore Construction Ltd
Location: Oxfordshire / London / Buckinghamshire / Reading
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

Netcore Construction is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.

The successful candidate will support the commercial management of our residential, refurbishment, extension, commercial and public-sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare estimates, tenders and quotations.
Measure quantities and review drawings.
Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier prices.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Manage variations and valuations.
Assist with procurement and subcontractor management.
Prepare cost reports and final accounts.
Work closely with project managers and site teams.

Requirements

Previous UK Quantity Surveying experience.
Good knowledge of construction costs and contracts.
Strong Excel and computer skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Relevant QS qualification is desirable.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
