As one of the UK's leading distributors of Willerby Holiday Homes, we're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South of England and play a key role in our continued success.

This is not a role where you'll be treated as just another salesperson. You'll be trusted to manage your own territory, supported by a close-knit and experienced team, and given the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the future direction of the business. The Role

As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with holiday parks and key accounts throughout your territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help customers identify the right products and solutions while delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing existing holiday park accounts
Identifying and converting new business opportunities
Building long-term customer relationships based on trust, honesty, and reliability
Promoting Southern Counties Leisure and the Willerby Holiday Home brand professionally and enthusiastically
Supporting customers beyond the point of sale to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Managing stock levels and account requirements within your territory
Advising customers on product selection, park development opportunities, and maximising sales potential
Attending customer meetings, site visits, industry exhibitions, and trade events
Maintaining regular communication with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Providing market feedback, customer insights, and ideas to support business growth

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, highly motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Proven experience in a field-based sales role
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
B2B sales experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A proactive and organised approach to managing your territory
The ability to work independently while remaining a valued team player
A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help clients succeed
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
A professional, positive attitude and a good sense of humour
A full UK driving licence

Experience within the holiday home, leisure, caravan, or related sectors would be advantageous; however, we are equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to build strong customer relationships.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Field-based across the South of England
Regular travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight stays
Occasional weekend attendance at exhibitions and industry events
Bank Holiday office cover on a rotational basis
