Full job description

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, fun-loving Multi Sports Coach to join our team to deliver fun sports sessions in Hillingdon and the surrounding areas.

If you’re passionate about sport, great with kids, and love bringing energy to every session — we want you! You’ll be helping children aged 2–11 stay active, build confidence, and have loads of fun along the way.

You’ll need to:
✅ Have a year of sports coaching experience

✅ Be consistently available for the same sessions each week during the school term

In return, you’ll join a supportive, friendly team that values creativity, enthusiasm, and making a difference through sport.

At present we are recruiting for:

Lead sports coach - responsible for delivering after school sports clubs for ages 5 -11.
We have around 5 hours per week available (during the school term) if you are able to work in Hillingdon and the surrounding areas.
Outside of term time, we run holiday camps as well as many early years sessions running throughout the year, we are able to offer successful candidates work year round.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Afterschool Clubs: Deliver fun, structured and safe sports activities for up to 20 children.
Delivering High Quality Sessions: Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and improve their skills.
Safeguarding & Basic First Aid: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during activities, adhering to all health and safety guidelines at schools.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in sports coaching, working with children aged 5-11, coaching different sports.

Skills: Ability to engage and motivate children.
DBS Check: Must hold a current enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a check.
Competitive Salary: £15- £25 per hour (term time only)
Expected Start Date: September 2026
