Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Patrol Officer to carry out bi-weekly (every two weeks) Void Property Inspections (VPIs) at a residential site in Coventry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending the property on a scheduled basis, completing security and condition checks, identifying any issues, and submitting accurate inspection reports.

Responsibilities

Conduct void property inspections every two weeks.
Attend the assigned location within the agreed timeframe.
Check property security, condition, and any visible issues.
Report any damage, faults, or concerns identified during inspections.
Complete inspection reports and provide updates to the relevant team.
Ensure the property remains secure during vacant periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security, patrol, inspections, or a similar role preferred.
Valid SIA licence (if applicable).
Strong attention to detail and good reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage scheduled visits.
Reliable and professional approach.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
