Full job description

Site Manager – New Build Housing Development, Dorchester

Jordan & Faber Ltd are looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to oversee the construction of a six-house residential development in Dorchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health and safety standards, and ensuring the project is delivered efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing new build residential projects
Hands-on and proactive approach
Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Good understanding of health and safety, quality control and site documentation
Ability to manage the project from commencement through to completion

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Dorset-based contractor on a local residential project.

Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
