The Opportunity
As an Asset Manager, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring they perform safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual commitments. You’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors and clients to optimise performance and deliver long-term value across each site.
Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this role will be predominantly based in Edenbridge with occasional travel to sites .
This is a great opportunity to shape processes, influence performance and contribute to a growing asset management function. You’ll use data insights, build strong relationships, and help drive continuous improvement across a diverse renewable energy portfolio.

Proven experience managing key accounts and stakeholder relationships

Strong data analysis skills, including advanced use of Excel and reporting tools

Experience using monitoring platforms to track and respond to asset performance

Experience coordinating with subcontractors and managing maintenance activities

Demonstrable ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and maintain accurate records

Experience contributing to process improvement or operational restructuring initiatives

Ideally having some experience working within the Solar PV or wider renewables sector, with responsibility for asset performance, although not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a portfolio of Solar PV assets, ensuring optimal operational and financial performance

Monitoring asset data daily, identifying issues and coordinating timely resolutions

Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers

Analysing performance metrics and producing regular reports with actionable insights

Supporting continuous improvement through process development and system enhancements
