Are you a a dynamic Early Years teachers who believes deeply in child‑led learning and thrives in a play‑rich, curiosity‑driven environment? Banstead Prep is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) to join our welcoming school community from September 2026. There is a possibility that there will be a permanent position available at the end of the contract.

The ideal teacher brings energy, creativity, and a responsive approach to the classroom, making learning fun, purposeful, and rooted in meaningful exploration. Encouraging children’s independence, building warm and trusting relationships, and planning engaging experiences.
