Job description

Drury Precision Engineering Ltd based in Alford, Lincolnshire are looking for someone to provide cover for maternity leave for Admin/Accounts, with the potential of continued employment working within the company.

The Company

We are a market leading company designing, producing and distributing aftermarket motorcycle accessories worldwide. We have a 40 strong workforce with a state-of-the-art production facility based in Alford.

Key duties and responsibilities are including but not limited to:

· Answering Phones and dealing with site visitors

· Credit card processing including receipt and expenses

· Reconciling of accounts and processing transactions

· Petty cash processing

· Creating purchase orders

· Processing invoices

· Dealing with shipping and payment enquiries from customers

· Credit control

· General Bookkeeping and administration duties

· Managing staff absences

· Making and authorising bank payments

Training will be provided as and when necessary.

Have a high degree of attention to detail
Be reliable and a good timekeeper
Be positive and professional in all areas of work
Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Have strong communication skills
Be motivated, eager to learn and develop quickly
Be organised and able to prioritise workloads
Be able to work with and without instruction
Be thorough, tidy and a methodical worker who demonstrates close attention to detail
Capable of working within a team

Experience with systems such as Xero are preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary with the potential of Permanent depending on business needs.

Monday to Friday

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Office environment, (preferred)
