Your Role as Senior Care Assistant at Humberston

In this influential and rewarding role, you will help shape the highest standard of care by:

Expert medication management – safely administering, recording and auditing medications with confidence.
Collaborating with external professionals – including GPs, district nurses, pharmacists and social care teams, ensuring seamless care for residents.
Delivering exceptional personal care – always with dignity, respect and a personalised approach.
Reviewing, updating and developing care plans – ensuring they reflect each resident’s evolving needs and preferences.
Leading and inspiring the care team – providing guidance, support and motivation to uphold best practice.

Positions available:

Day shifts at Humberston House 8am-8pm (with a 15-minute handover before each shift).

Humberston House work a 3 on 3 off rota, so some weekend working will be required.

You will bring:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – essential
Experience in a senior or lead care role within a residential or nursing home
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting older adults
A professional, positive and proactive approach to care
