Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Junior Sales Person to join our dynamic Engineering sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn are essential for this position. Comprehensive Training will be given.

Duties

Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients through various channels, including B2B sales outreach.
Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information using IT systems.
Engage with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to promote products and services.
Participate in negotiations to secure favourable terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Organise schedules and appointments efficiently, managing time effectively to meet targets.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour.
Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office suite, and email platforms.
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. This role offers a supportive environment for career growth within sales, providing valuable experience in negotiation, client relationship management, and organisational skills development. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent service while supporting the company’s objectives.

This role would suit either a school leaver or University Graduate
