Warranty Administrator – Berry BYD Thames Ditton and Croydon

Berry BYD Thames Ditton is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our Aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and professional dealership representing one of the world’s leading automotive brands

.About the role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently in line with manufacturer standards. You will work closely with the Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and Aftersales Management team to help maintain compliance and maximise claim success.

Key responsibilities

Processing warranty claims in line with BYD guidelines and policies
Ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate prior to submission
Monitoring outstanding claims and resolving any queries promptly
Liaising with the service team and manufacturer where required
Maintaining accurate warranty records and reports
Supporting the Aftersales department with general administrative duties where needed

About youThe ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or Aftersales administrative role, essential.
Ideally have BYD systems knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Be well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office
