Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours)
Job Type: Permanent, Full‑Time
Location: UK (Office‑based / Hybrid)

Job Summary

Luxi Consulting is a growing digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, website design, email marketing, social media management, and graphic design. We are looking for an organised and reliable administration officer to support daily office operations and assist our digital marketing team.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking to work in a creative, fast‑paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

General administration and office support
Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and documents
Maintaining client records, contracts, and digital files
Supporting invoicing and basic financial administration
Assisting with social media scheduling and email marketing coordination
Supporting website updates and campaign administration
Acting as a first point of contact for clients and suppliers

Requirements

1–3 years’ experience in an administration or office support role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Desirable:

Experience in a digital marketing agency or professional services environment
Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, or social media platforms

Eligibility

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom. Right‑to‑work checks will be completed in line with UK regulations.
