Service Advisor – Motorhomes & Caravans
Job Type: Full-time

Wandahome is a leading motorhome and caravan dealership, and we are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team.

This is a varied and hands-on role where you will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience from booking through to completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering customer emails and responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
Booking service and repair appointments over the phone.
Listening to and understanding customers' concerns and accurately updating job cards with clear descriptions for the workshop technicians.
Meeting customers on arrival, checking over their motorhome or caravan, and preparing vehicles ready for the workshop team.
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and maintaining excellent communication throughout.
Advising and coaching customers over the phone on the operation and basic troubleshooting of their motorhome or caravan where appropriate.
Working closely with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The Ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities with good attention to detail.
Confidence dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
The ability to work in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, or automotive role would be advantageous.
A genuine interest in motorhomes and caravans. Experience within the motorhome or caravan industry is preferred, along with an understanding of how these vehicles operate.
