Team Supervisor – Viral Food Launch in Mayfair

Location: CZER, 33 North Row, Mayfair, London, W1K 6DE
Pay: £16 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Shift patterns vary, including weekdays and weekends

CZER has launched in Mayfair and we’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join us behind the counter and help lead our amazing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy food concept from the very beginning. We’re looking for people who thrive in a busy environment, take pride in delivering great service and are looking to grow in a quickly scaling company.

The Role

As Team Supervisor, you’ll be working behind the counter, helping with day-to-day service as a team member and leading the team where necessary (with the support of the manager on shift and owners).

Your responsibilities will include:

Serving customers in a friendly, confident and professional way
Preparing and handing over food orders
Keeping the counter and service areas clean, organised and well-stocked
Supporting the team during busy periods
Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for customers
Leading the team where necessary
Assigning allocations for the team
Assigning breaks for the team
Leading on open procedures and close down procedures where necessary

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

Hard-working and reliable
Enjoys leading a team
Have minimum 3 years experience in a food related environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and team-focused
Able to stay calm and organised during busy service
Available to work across a changing weekly rota
Experience as a supervisor / manager is preferred, but not essential.

Minimum 3 years previous experience in hospitality or food service is essential. Supervisor/manager experience is preferred, but we are open to hiring someone experienced eager to grow.

Availability

CZER is open 7 days per week, so full availability is required. Shift patterns will vary and the rota will change weekly, so flexibility is important.
