LETTINGS RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR POSITION (MINIMUM 4 DAYS A WEEK)
Join the Largest Residential Agent in Huddersfield

Whitegates Estate Agents are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced and friendly team.

We manage approximately 1900 properties in the local area and require a committed team member to join us on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in property and a strong background in customer service.

Salary

Salary is dependent on experience.

Recruitment stages include:

Initial application review
Face-to-face interview at our Huddersfield office
Final stage: trial period, giving you the chance to experience the role first-hand

Key Responsibilities

· Being the first to answer incoming calls and managing a high volume of daily phone traffic

· Handling general enquiries from landlords, tenants, and contractors

· Lead-generation calling

· Scheduling and organising property viewings

· Managing multiple staff diaries and coordinating appointments

· Greeting visitors and clients at reception

· Managing and prioritising multiple email inboxes

· Conducting local property viewings when required

· Preparing tenancy documents and assisting with move-ins and move-outs

· Assisting with keys management (issuing, logging, and tracking returns)

· Filing, photocopying, scanning, and other general administrative tasks

· Supporting the property management and lettings team with day-to-day operations

· Any other lettings or office-based tasks required to support the team
