About Us

We are a leading supplier of textile products to the global airline industry, providing high-quality onboard products including bedding, blankets, pillows and other passenger comfort items. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, quality and reliability to some of the world's leading airlines.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role supporting the sales function and managing customer accounts. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring orders, quotations, forecasts and account administration are managed accurately and efficiently.

The role requires a highly organised individual with strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills and previous experience within a B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the sales team with day-to-day account management activities.
Preparing quotations, pricing schedules and sales documentation.
Maintaining customer records and sales data within company systems.
Producing reports, forecasts and sales analysis using Excel and other business systems.
Monitoring order progress and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Managing customer communications via email, telephone and video/ in person meetings where required.
Assisting with contract administration and commercial documentation.
Building strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

Previous experience in a B2B sales support, account management, sales coordination or commercial administration role.
Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
Professional and customer-focused approach.

Desirable

Experience working with international customers.
Experience within manufacturing, textiles or supply chain environments.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems.
Knowledge and understanding of AI tools.
