Our first individual has now successfully moved into their new home, marking the beginning of this exciting new service, and we're looking forward to welcoming a second person very soon. Your role

As a Support Worker, you'll empower people to live the lives they choose by:

Supporting individuals with everyday routines and helping them achieve their personal goals.
Encouraging independence while supporting people to enjoy hobbies, interests, family time and activities within their local community.
Promoting dignity, choice, respect and positive outcomes every day.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure high-quality, person-centred support.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to provide consistent, outstanding care.

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a care or support setting who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.
