Piglets Adventure Farm is one of Yorkshire’s leading family attractions, offering unforgettable days out filled with fun, events, and adventure. We’re passionate about delivering amazing experiences for families, and we’re now on the lookout for a hardworking, hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring the farm park runs smoothly, safely, and with that extra bit of magic our visitors love. From managing staff and supporting seasonal events to rolling up your sleeves in all weathers, this is a varied role that needs energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for people.

This is not a desk job - expect to be outdoors, on your feet, and involved in every part of the visitor experience. You’ll be the go-to person for your team and will take pride in motivating and leading them to deliver fantastic customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily running of the farm park, acting as the senior manager on duty.
Motivate, coach, and support seasonal and permanent staff across all departments.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and visitor safety.
Take responsibility for handling issues and problem-solving on the spot.
Play a key role in delivering our seasonal events, from Pumpkin Festival to Summer Adventures.
Work closely with the senior management team to maintain operational excellence.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role (hospitality, attractions, or leisure preferred).
Excellent people skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
A strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Great problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach.
Flexibility - weekend and school holiday availability is essential.
