Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team atQueens hotel. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. Your leadership will be crucial in upholding our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient operations.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
Develop schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
