The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced bar staff to support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage operations.

you will assist in overseeing bar service, ensuring that our guests receive a warm, authentic, and high-quality dining experience. You will support the management team by supervising shifts, leading and motivating the front-of-house team, and ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.

In this guest-facing role, you will liaise closely with the kitchen brigade and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. You will also support promotions and identify opportunities to drive sales, ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in upselling menu offerings.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A customer-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of current food and drink trends
A proactive and positive attitude

Experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous.
