About The Role:

The Role:

As a Control Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing daily operations within the control room and ensuring the smooth running of all services. You will lead a team of control room operators, provide guidance and training, and ensure all procedures are followed to a high standard. Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally need to support during evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise control room operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Manage and support a team of operators, providing ongoing training and development.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure swift resolution.
Create and manage staff rotas, addressing last-minute changes due to sickness or operational requirements.
Handle client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor reports for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
Collaborate with management to implement improvements and meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a control room or security operations role (supervisory experience preferred).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
Proficiency in using control room software and systems (training provided if necessary).
