Based in our modern Liverpool City Centre office, you'll gain practical experience through face-to-face customer engagement at exciting promotional events while receiving ongoing coaching, mentoring and management training from industry professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including:

Representing nationally recognised brands at promotional events and campaigns
Building strong relationships with customers through engaging face-to-face interactions
Learning professional sales, communication and customer acquisition techniques
Supporting experienced managers with campaign planning and daily operations
Developing leadership, coaching and team management skills
Monitoring campaign performance and learning how to analyse results
Assisting with mentoring and motivating new team members
Taking part in structured management training and personal development workshops
Working towards increased responsibility as you progress through the programme
