Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of various events. The successful candidates will play a vital part in creating memorable experiences for attendees, demonstrating excellent management and hospitality skills. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your event management experience within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with their needs in a courteous and friendly manner
Manage guest flow and ensure safety protocols are adhered to throughout the event
Support event setup and breakdown, including organising equipment and materials
Provide information about event programmes and facilities to attendees
Handle guest enquiries efficiently, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
Maintain a professional appearance and behaviour at all times, representing the organisation positively

Qualifications

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically
Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or specialised event hours as required
