Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. This role offers an opportunity to work on commercial developments, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paints, with precision and care.
Use a variety of tools and equipment safely, including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered.
Complete projects within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality.

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting decorating is vital. minimum 6 years
Strong communication skills in English are essential for understanding instructions and liaising with clients.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to painting and decorating activities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team on larger projects. This role offers an engaging environment for passionate decorators eager to develop their skills further while delivering exceptional results across our projects.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
