About Us

We are an award winning, forward thinking, busy private dental practice. Our ultimate aim is to give our patients the best care we possibly can, and we believe that starts from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave. This journey of course starts and finishes with the front desk. We are looking for a bubbly, well organised, friendly individual to join our established team. You must have excellent communication skills, be great at working in a team, multitask effectively and ensure that our patients experience is a relaxed and happy one.

The Role

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team at our private dental clinic in beautiful Wadhurst.

Responsibilities & Duties

Dealing with patients both face to face and on the phone. Role includes meeting and greeting patients, taking payments and general administrative work. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with a good knowledge of social media platforms.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Receptionist experience preferred but not essential.
Enthusiasm, positive attitude and disposition are essential attributes.
Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employees
Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Tuesday to Friday
