We’re Hiring – Head Receptionist

We’re looking for an exceptional Head Receptionist to become the face of our award-winning aesthetic clinic. If you’re organised, confident, passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a fast-paced luxury clinic where every day is different.

Head Receptionist / Admin – Ciao Bella Aesthetics
Location: Dual-site (Keynsham & Downend)
Position: 30 Hours per week ( see roster below)
Pay: £15.00 per hour

SHIFT PATTERN:

Monday- OFF

Tuesday- 8.30-16.30

Wednesday-8.30-16.30

Thursday- 8.30-16.30

Friday-OFF

Alternate Saturdays- 08.30-16.30

Sunday - OFF

Some flexibility may be required to cover annual leave and sickness when needed.

About the Role

As our Head Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front-of-house service. You’ll oversee reception operations, support the reception team, and provide an exceptional experience for every client from the moment they contact us until they leave the clinic.

You’ll work closely with the clinical and management teams, ensuring high standards are maintained across all aspects of client care and administration.

What We’re Looking For

· Previous reception experience is essential !

· Days & Hours are Non-Negotiable.

· Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· A warm, professional and confident manner.

· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

· Strong IT skills and confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office.

· A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.

· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities

· Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

· Lead and support the reception team, ensuring consistently high standards.

· Manage appointments, enquiries and client communications across telephone, email and online platforms.

· Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.

· Assist with diary management and help maximise clinic efficiency.

· Support the management team with administrative duties and daily clinic operations.

· Ensure reception areas remain welcoming, organised and professional.

· Handle client concerns professionally and confidently, always striving for excellent customer satisfaction.

· Follow all company policies and procedures, including GDPR, safeguarding and confidentiality.

· Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to continually improve our client journey.

· Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive and supportive working environment.
