We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to driving warehouse efficiency, safety, and performance. If you’re excited to lead operations within a fast-moving, innovative company, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
Ensure accurate processing and recording of inventory transactions using warehouse management systems
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment in line with company policies and health and safety regulations
Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational targets, deadlines, and quality standards
Monitor and inspect goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy prior to dispatch
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment is essential
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lead, coordinate or support team members when required
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Physically able to lift and move goods as required
Manual car license
