Full job description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Client Success Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, deliver exceptional service and become a trusted marketing advisor.

This isn’t an entry-level role.

You’ll already understand marketing, social media and client management, ideally from working within a marketing agency.

You’ll confidently lead meetings, build marketing plans, manage projects and ensure every client receives an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of marketing clients
Build long-term client relationships
Lead monthly strategy meetings
Handle client communication confidently
Manage expectations and deadlines
Ensure clients receive exceptional service

Marketing Strategy

Build and present marketing strategies
Create monthly content plans
Develop campaign ideas
Review performance and identify improvements
Work with the wider team to deliver results
Understand client objectives and align marketing activity accordingly

Social Media Management

Review and approve social media content
Schedule content across platforms
Ensure content aligns with each client’s goals
Maintain consistency across campaigns

Project Management

Coordinate work between designers, videographers and client executives
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Monitor workloads
Keep clients informed throughout projects

Performance

Analyse marketing performance
Report results to clients
Recommend improvements
Identify upselling opportunities where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ marketing agency experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong copywriting ability
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Experience leading client meetings
Strong understanding of marketing strategy
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Confident presenting ideas to clients
Excellent attention to detail

Desirable

Experience using Meta Business Suite
Experience using LinkedIn marketing
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
CRM experience
Paid advertising knowledge
Video marketing understanding
StoryBrand knowledge
