Full job description

Due to the continued growth of our O&M Department, EAST is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator who has experience within a fast paced office environment. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the O&M Team.

Key Tasks:

Raising Purchase Orders & ordering materials
Producing invoices/applications
Supporting project engineers with administration duties to assist with the delivery of works.
Collating supplier documentation/test certificates
Engineer paperwork – Job instructions/Reports
Liaising with customers to book in works/updating resource schedule.
Updating project files/databases
Admin support for Field staff booking hotels
Building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships

Suitable candidate ideally will have:

Administration experience
Excellent planning & organisation skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills – at all levels
Good customer service skills
Good time management with the ability to co-ordinate activities and manage casework, for both self and others
Working experience of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Personal Qualities:

Systematic approach to problem solving
Enthusiasm, the ability to contribute to a team, a flexible approach to all aspects of work
To be able to work on own initiative
Ability to work with low level supervision

This is a permanent position based at our Downham Market office:
