As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of Yell in your region, helping businesses unlock their potential through smart digital solutions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Hunt for New Business: Use your energy and creativity to prospect and win new clients.
Consult & Solve: Meet customers (virtually and face-to-face), understand their goals, and design tailored solutions.
Close Like a Pro: Negotiate, present, and seal deals that make a real impact.
Own the Relationship: Manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, ensuring clients success
Drive Growth: Use data insights to boost ROI and help businesses thrive.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in sales (field or high-performing telesales)
Confidence in building relationships and negotiating
Resilience and positivity—because challenges don’t scare you
Strong presentation skills
Experience in solution selling or SaaS? Great, but not essential
Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
