Overview

From check-in to departure, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service for our guests. You inject the ‘wow’ factor into our welcome. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face , ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional service that keeps guests returning.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests while ensuring confidentiality

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles preferred; hospitality background is a plus
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records
Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest services best practices
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71 per hour
