About The Role

About The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Site Manager, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

Duties as a Site Manager

Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check

Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site

Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Understand KPI/SLA’s and to meet these monthly including audits

Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site

Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives

Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse

Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities

Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public

Working as part of a team

Job role requirements as a Site Manager

Must have experience in managing a team of cleaners

Have good eye for detail

Organised

Take pride in their work

Have knowledge COSHH

Reliable and trustworthy

Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises

Must be able to work well with a team
