Full job description

Production Operative -

If you are interested in the role, please attend Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday or Fridays at 11am or 3pm.

Shifts available:

Shift One

Sunday - Tuesday 10:00am - 10:00pm & Wednesday 14.30pm - 10:00pm
4 days
23 days holiday Including Bank Holiday

Shift Two

Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday - Saturday 06:00 -18:00
4 days
23 days holiday including Bank Holiday

Part Time available:

Two weekly rota:

Week 1

Wednesday 06:00 - 13:30 & Thursday 06:00 - 18:00

Week 2

Friday 06:00 - 18:00 & Saturday 06:00 - 18:00

*Shift allocation will be based on availability and your chosen shift pattern is not guaranteed*

What you get!

Salary scale: £12.71 per hour, overtime after 42.5 hours at 125%, unsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%
Hourly rate rises to £12.91 per hour after 12 months.
Contributory Pension Scheme.
Full training provided

What you will do:

Full training will be given. We also have translators on site to help.

In this job, you will help make and pack flowers.

You may need to:

Put flowers, leaves, or decorations onto the production line.
Make bouquets.
Prepare flowers in glass jars or pots.
Wrap bouquets.
Put bouquets into boxes or buckets.
Check that the bouquets are made correctly.
Tell the Line Leader if something is wrong.
Handle flowers carefully so they do not get damaged.
Put the correct labels on flowers, plants, and packaging.
Keep your work area clean and tidy.
Follow customer instructions when packing flowers.
Work safely and keep up with the production line.

Important information:

We do not have a Sponsor Licence, so we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
You must have your own transport because of where we are located.
