We're looking for experienced and motivated Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our growing team. If you're looking for a stable role with a great work-life balance, regular overtime opportunities, and a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering roller-caged goods safely and professionally to customer locations
Completing daily vehicle checks in accordance with company procedures
Reporting vehicle defects and operational issues promptly
Maintaining communication with the transport office throughout your shift
Providing excellent customer service and representing ARRA Distribution professionally at all times
Working safely on customer sites and public roads
Driving responsibly and fuel-efficiently
Operating tail lifts and moving roller cages safely into stores
Working on double-deck trailers when required
Adhering to all site-specific delivery procedures and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable, professional drivers who take pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a team.

Essential requirements:

Minimum 12 months' experience driving Class 1 (C+E) articulated vehicles
Valid LGV C+E licence
Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification
Good knowledge of UK road networks and route planning
Understanding of Drivers' Hours Regulations and Working Time Directive requirements
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Strong communication and customer service skills
Flexible approach to work and willingness to undertake both store deliveries and trunking operations as required
Commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
