We are seeking a customer centric and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor, reporting to the Store Manager, who can coach, lead and inspire a high performing restaurant team. Ultimately offering customer service excellence, whilst delivering an outstanding sales performance!

Duties & responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
Providing & inspiring customer service excellence
Creating a positive and high performing team culture
Ensuring high standards of restaurant presentation
Training and developing staff
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
Ensuring customer service guidelines are clear and embedded in all staff KPI’s
Organising staff shifts and scheduling
Customer management to ensure any concerns or issues are resolved
Providing constructive customer feedback to the kitchen team with regard to the menu
Ensuring all staff and customers are safe and that all food safety procedures are followed according to regulations
Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property
Managing and auditing supplies and equipment inventory levels to ensure product availability, and ordering as required
Working closely with management
Opening/closing the department

Skills & Qualifications

Restaurant service experience to a supervisory level
Ability to remain calm under pressure, possessing excellent conflict & performance management skills
Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding customer service approach
Ability to work well with others displaying exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
Dependable and reliable
Business management skills
Knowledge of food production and preparation
Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Qualifications in hospitality preferred but not essential

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in a fast paced hospitality environment
Customer service experience (3+ years)
A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
