Mechanical Site Supervisor / Site Foreman

The Opportunity

R.G. Evans is looking for a hands-on, experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to take ownership of mechanical works across our residential new build developments. This is a varied, high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in delivering quality projects on time — with the full backing of an established support structure behind you.

New sites are starting shortly in Wokingham, so this is an excellent time to join a growing programme of work.

What You’ll Do

Supervise all mechanical installations on site, ensuring work is delivered to specification and programme
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects running smoothly
Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain accurate site documentation
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to manage materials and progress
Be the go-to point of contact on site — someone the team trusts and the client respects

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in mechanical site supervision (2+ years)
Sound knowledge of plumbing, and mechanical systems
SSSTS or SMSTS and a valid CSCS card
Strong leadership with the ability to communicate clearly across trades and management
Full UK driving licence (travel between sites required)
