Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial sites. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing principles, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. The position offers an excellent opportunity for those with practical skills in plumbing and related trades to contribute to high-quality service delivery.

The majority of the works currently are in the North West, working on office refurbishment Projects (WC refurbishments/ tenant kitchen installations/ etc).

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and maintaining water supply, drainage, and heating systems in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
Diagnosing plumbing issues through inspection and troubleshooting techniques.
Using hand tools, power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Reading technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repair work.
Assembling pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances as required for various projects.
Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and organised after completing tasks.
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations.

Skills

Proficiency in plumbing techniques combined with mechanical knowledge. .
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients effectively.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, practical, and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid accordingly for the scope of work involved.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
