Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced bartender/supervisor to join our tribe . The ideal candidate will possess cocktail making skills and a passion for food and drink. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality and service while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

preparing drinks
making coffees
ensuring bar is kept clean
Assist in cocktail prep, drinks and serving food
Serving food and waiting on tables
Line cleans
opens and closes
Collaborate with bartending staff to ensure seamless service during events.
Address any issues or concerns that arise within the team or during service promptly.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality role within a restaurant setting would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant duties.
the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels.
A passion for the hospitality industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
