Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Property Viewer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing properties to prospective students and clients, providing detailed information, and answering any questions to facilitate the renting process. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to gain experience in the property sector. The position is paid and suitable for those who are organised, confident, and eager to assist clients in finding their ideal rental property.

Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants in a professional and welcoming manner
Provide comprehensive information about the property’s features, neighbourhood, and amenities
Answer questions from potential tenants regarding property details, pricing, and the renting process
Maintain organised records of viewings and student/client interactions
Gather feedback from students/clients after viewings to inform renting strategies
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth communication and client experience

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are a must
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader student/client base
Strong organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently and keep accurate records
Professional demeanour with a friendly approach to student/client interactions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory as lots of our properties are in the city centre.
