Full job description

We're looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is keen to learn, and wants to build a career in sales.

Whether you're just starting out or looking for a role where you can develop new skills, this position offers hands-on training, ongoing support, and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for introducing our business to potential customers, understanding their needs, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in communication, relationship building, and commercial awareness.

What You'll Be Doing

Reaching out to potential customers through a variety of channels.
Starting conversations and identifying potential business opportunities.
Building trust and developing relationships with new contacts.
Arranging appointments and passing qualified opportunities to senior team members.
Maintaining accurate customer information within our CRM system.
Working towards personal and team objectives.
Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Enjoys talking to people and building rapport.
Is eager to learn and open to feedback.
Has a positive approach and good work ethic.
Can manage their time and stay organised.
Works well independently and within a team.
Wants to develop a long-term career in a commercial environment.

You don't need previous sales experience. If you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another people-focused role, we'd still like to hear from you.
