Summary

We are seeking friendly and motivated Counter Assistants or Waiting Staff to join our team at Blue Lagoon Fish & Chips in <LARGS>. This role is vital in delivering a memorable dining experience that reflects our company's values of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
Prepare and serve food items according to company standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Assist in food preparation when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
Support team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
A friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Reliability and punctuality.
