Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nights Team Member to join our hospitality team during evening hours. This role involves providing exceptional guest services, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and experience in the hospitality industry. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences during the night hours.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Handle guest enquiries courteously via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Running night audit and balancing the days revenue
Setting up meeting rooms for forthcoming functions and events
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas during the night shift
Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest records and processing reservations as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations throughout the night
Uphold health and safety standards at all times, including adherence to COVID-19 protocols

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or guest services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanour when interacting with guests and colleagues
Friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding hospitality service
Ability to work independently during night hours and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a regular basis, including weekends and public holidays if required

Pay: £12.71 per hour
