The Role
This is a varied and engaging role at the centre of our business, combining sales support, customer communication, and order processing. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions while ensuring every order is handled smoothly and accurately.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of people interaction and detail-focused work—and wants to grow with a business that’s gaining real momentum.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound sales calls and handling inbound customer enquiries
Building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners
Providing product information and supporting customers in selecting the right solutions
Processing orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish
Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring high attention to detail throughout
Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
