Full job description

Billing and Collections Manager
Northern Telecom is a growing group business to business telecoms and IT brands, headquartered in Leeds, with customers across the UK.

We're looking for a Billing to manage our monthly billing and Direct Debit processes and implement changes and improvements in data cleanliness and reconciliation.

You'll be financially astute with an eye for detail, experienced and used to dealing with financial and accounting systems. Ideally you'll have relevant experience of Telecoms billing, in particular of Tekton's ZOEY platform.

Job responsibilities include:

Billing Management

Manage a small team of billing related staff
Setting up/creating new customer accounts in our billing platform
Making monthly adjustments (including adding new services, changing or ceasing services in the billing platform).
Manage the monthly bill run in a timely manner
Manage Direct Debit collections
Ensure billing accuracy
Produce ‘ad-hoc’ billing for non recurring services
Produce monthly billing reports
Produce commissions reports
Handle exceptions and unreconciled items
Ensure that customer billing queries or complaints are handled effectively

Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be paid pro-rata.

While this is advertised as a Leeds based role, we are willing to consider applications from exceptional candidates who would require remote/home office work.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
